If there is damage to your baggage or it cannot be located (including missing contents), please go immediately to the desk in the arrivals hall. Once there, you will have to complete a PIR form (Property Irregularity Report).
For the processing of luggage related claims, it is an essential requirement to present the PIR form.
Particularly in the case of damage, the failure to present this document implies that the damage did not occur on the flight
We will do everything we can to locate your lost baggage and return it to you as quickly as possible.
During the first 5 days you will have to contact the Lost Luggage office at the airport where you have opened the baggage irregularity claim. After that time you must contact our baggage center:
